The Rethinking Housing Refurbishment programme is being guided by a group of leading organisations drawn from across the housing sector, the construction industry and the regions. It brings together BRE, the regional development agency EEDA, architects and consultants PRP, the leading refurbishment company Wates Living Space, and the Prince's Foundation.
