Rethinking Refurbishment

The Team

A small BRE based team are integral in the day-to-day running of the Victorian Terrace project as well as having a considerable role to play in other parts of the Rethinking Refurbishment projects. This team is based at BRE's Watford site, the location of the Stable Block itself. As a team they are able to draw on the expertise from throughout BRE in areas which include energy efficiency, timber, brickwork, building heritage and insulation. The BRE team works closely with a Design Team , consisting of members drawn from project partners, including Wates Living Space, PRP Architects, EC Harris, Scott Wilson and RSK, which have helped guide the project since inception.
